It’s only a few minutes walk to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Central Station is just 9 minutes by bike. And only 5 minutes by bike to the beautiful park Kralingse bos. In this nature area you can chill or enjoy a picnic, BBQ, swim or sport.Enjoy a comfortable stay with high speed internet. The room has a lock. The room is 12m2 large and is fully furnished with a spacious bed, 2 closet, desk and chair.Layout:- Central entrance- Private room of approximately with study and sleeping space- Completely modern furnished- Shared kitchen with various built-in appliances- Shared bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet- Shared toilet – The room is only available for female tenant!! Non smoker- Room is suitable for 1 person, preferable working professional and internship students. – Registration is not possible You rent a room in a place where others work. I work (remotely) at home.It is important that you as a tenant are neat, quiet, clean and that you comply with the rules. It is not a student house where parties are organized. Your roommates are dedicated workers.
