Kamer in Delft (Van de Spiegelstraat) is nu te huur. *SHORT-TERM Sublet *From July 21th until August 24th a 16m2 room in Van de Spiegelstraat, DELFT will be subletted.The rent for this room is just €600 (G/W/E and internet included) for the mentioned period + €100 deposit.The house is located right behind the station (7 minutes walking, 3 minutes by bike), 5-minutes-walking far from the beginning of the centre and from Prinsehof tram stop. It is located also 8/10 minutes by bike from the university (YOU CAN USE MY BIKE for the whole period) and 7/8-minutes-walking away from the closest AHs (centre and a big one in this very neighbourhood) and from the shops in the centre.The room is very spacious, with a nice couch and desk (once, we even had a party in there!). It comes furnished and I just ask to pour water to the few plants at the West facing window (btw, nice green view on the gardens of the neighbouring houses, sunlight from midday and sunset view).[Disposition is currently different from the pictures: the bed is kingsize, but consists of a matress on the ground at the moment; the couch is slightly smaller but can be unfolded and act as a bed for a guest; the loudspeakers are no longer available.]There is a common room that you can use to have lunch or dinner. The room is also available in case you have a friend over. You’ll be able to use your own fridge (one fridge per tenant in the kitchen) and grocery storage space. There is a West facing balcony which can be used to hang and eat outdoors.There are 3 other people who lives in the house (among them, a 30yo Indian guy, a 25yo Slovakian girls and a French girl, 26yo).
