Hi everyone, I will be moving out of my semi studio the beginning of November and am looking for a new tenant. Semi studio means you have your own kitchen in the room, and share the separate shower and toilet with 3 other tenants (one guy, two girls). The room is fully equipped, and includes:- All furniture: 140cm bed, night table, convertible sofa bed, extensible table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, little shelf.- Kitchen and kitchen utensils: cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, a fridge, stove, sink, kettle, trash bin, etc. – Linen: 3 towels (small, medium and large), two pillows with pillow cases, duvet, mattress cover. The room, kitchen, shower and toilet are very modern, the room has a big window. You can park your bike inside the courtyard/garden, where it will stay safe and dry. In addition to the 4 semi studios, the house also has two full studios. Your new housemates are students and young working professionals, in their early to late 20’s, and we all get along well. The location is great, 15 mins by foot to Utrecht Centraal, or 5 mins by bike to the centre, and 25 mins to Science Park by bike. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house, and a small supermarket, a bakery, and 2 restaurants.Let me know if you are interested or have any questions!
