Currently only available for a short stay between July 5th and July 19th!This modern home with a sunny garden is close to the city center (5 minutes by bike, 17 minutes walk or 15 minutes public transport). The neighborhhood has a mix of appartment buildings and family homes like ours and is close to Rotte River. There are multiple supermarkets in various price categories, cute shops and affordable restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walking distance. The garden can be accessed from the living room as well as a closed corridor to the back of the homes, only accessible to propery owners and renters. The sunny garden has a shed (2 bikes available for use) and a locked door to the corridor. There is a sun screen for hot days, so you can still enjoy the garden.
