The bus to the City Center and the Central Station stops at the corner of the street. The tram to the city centre is one block away. The apartment can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. The apartment is suitable either for a couple, or for two or three students (a couple and another adult) . Layout:The attractive living room has a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, cupboards. The spacious dining room is connected with the kitchen and it has a large dining table with chairs.The kitchen has open acces to the dining room and is equipped with a cooker, oven/microwave combination, dishwasher, dryer, and a fridge/freezer combination.The large bedroom has plenty of closet space and a desk.
