You can reach Utrecht Central station by bus in 5 minutes (bus 1 from Balijelaan) or you can walk (20 min). In my street they charge for parking, however opposite of the street is free parking. When you enter the spacious living- and dining room and one of the first things you will notice is the amount of natural light and the beautiful wooden floor. The living room is the centre of the house, on your left you will see a comfortable couch with a television. On the opposite side is a big wooden table from where you can look down the quite streets. This is the perfect place to enjoy your home made meals or get some work done behind your laptop.The bedroom is upstairs. It is small but it’s very quiet upstairs so you can get a good night sleep. Feel free to use the rest of the house.The apartment is located on the southside of the City Centre and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. You will find some characteristic houses stemming of the beginning of the 19th century in this street. A supermarket is located at the corner of the street (about 250m).The lively Ledig Erf is on walking distance (1000m), where you can find restaurants and bars to drink your beers, wines and soda’s or go to the Cinema. Make sure you will make your walk through the lovely Twijnstraat, the oldest shopping street of Utrecht (1100m).
